Natalie Wood’s daughters have created a fragrance inspired by a scent the actress wore for most of her life. The story of the scent began when Wood was a child-actress and met movie legend Barbara Stanwyck while filming “The Bride Wore Boots.” Wood fell in love with Stanwyck’s perfume, and the actress gave Wood a bottle as a gift. From that day on, Wood always wore the perfume.

Her scent remained with her daughters who strove to create a sophisticated, feminine fragrance with a signature note of gardenia.

The 50ml bottle features a heavy base, and is topped with a transparent “diamond” cap; it’s held in a soft-touch carton. Natalie Wood’s signature appears in gold on the bottle.
The perfume was developed by the luxury private label and packaging firm Crafting Beauty and French fragrance house Mane.
